About me

I'm a fullstack developer and PhD candidate at Universiti Putra Malaysia, working at the intersection of web applications and metagenomics. My research uses dual-resolution metagenomics to study how root-associated microbiomes respond to Ganoderma boninense in oil palm. I build reproducible pipelines like magprofile for genome-resolved microbiome ecology.

On the software side, I build learning management systems, e-commerce platforms, and API integrations — primarily with Laravel. I focus on clean architecture, clear user journeys, and systems that work long after the first deploy.
