Phi-proportionality network inference and keystone taxa identification in a genome-resolved oil palm root microbiome

Abdul Malek, A.Z. et al. In preparation

Abstract

Disease drives 85.5% network densification (18,997 vs 10,244 edges) without significant compositional shifts. Rhizomicrobium emerges as the top keystone at just 0.041% relative abundance yet the most connected node (degree 164), exemplifying a rare-but-central hub paradigm.
